Clear Goals, Proactive Collaboration, Data-informed Decision Making, Creative Problem Solving and Operational Excellence. These are not just buzz words, but rather the pillars that I’ve used to navigate an ever more tech-driven world in which careers are more dynamic and success can sometimes seem elusive.
I am a marketing and product executive who excels at building high performance teams, unlocking customer value, creatinug loyalty and driving growth. I’ve been fortunate to work at some great tech-driven companies including as Chief Marketing Officer at TouchTunes where I was able to create incredible programs, campaigns and events that transformed an industry.
Currently I am involved in new pursuits that reflect my commitment to personal and community growth, and embody my core values of leadership, education, and well-being. In one endeavor, I am working with other community leaders to launch a local chapter of the Solomon Leadership Program. This initiative for high school juniors and seniors focuses on cultivating leadership through an understanding of values and ethics, preparing the students to make positive impacts in their communities and beyond. Students learn from leaders and mentors across a wide range of careers while also earning college credit.
I am also thrilled to be teaching a new course that I developed - Branding for the Digital Age - at Loyola University Maryland. This course is designed to equip the next generation of brand marketers with the knowledge and insights they need to be successful strategic thinkers in our rapidly evolving digital world.
I try to make practicing Mindfulness and championing well-being integral to everything I do. With years of practice, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power mindfulness can bring. It's a way of living that fosters mental agility, resilience and a deeper connection with those around us. Integrating mindfulness into daily routines can yield real (i.e. clinically proven) benefits including lower anxiety, improved emotional regulation, better personal relationships, higher professional performance, and overall well-being. My ongoing practice, support, and promotion of mindfulness aims to inspire others to embrace this technique to get the most out of each moment.
